Description

VW Crafter 2.0 / 2.5 TDI CR DPF Delete Downpipe & De-Cat Mid Pipe

Volkswagen Crafter 2.0 / 2.5 TDI CR 2.5" Stainless Steel DPF Delete Downpipe & De-Cat Mid Section

Our 2.5" Stainless Steel 316L DPF Delete Donwpipe and De-Cat Mid Pipe is a direct replacement to remove the factory DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and also the CAT (Catalytic Converter) located on the mid section of the exhaust system.

We manufacture all exhausts in house, we TIG Weld Air Craft Grade 316L Stainless Steel and use CNC machined flanges and bosses for superior strength and longevity.

When buying the DPF Delete Pipe on its own you will require a custom ECU Remap to erase any fault codes or engine management lights. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur with any other tuners software.

Our DPF Delete Pipes are supplied with only a Lambda Sensor Boss. The Pre-Turbo EGT Boss is located in the Exhaust Manifold on the Turbocharger. All other EGT and Pressure Sensors are not required when removing the DPF, leaving them in the downpipe can eventually lead to sensor failure, creating a fault in the ECU and possibly a Check Engine Light in the Instrument Cluster. With the correct DPF Delete Software, these sensors are removed entirely so they can be unplugged and removed from the car. If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and wrapped out of the way
