0-60MPH TESTING WITH THE POWER WE COULD HAVE HAD! - AUDI A5 3.0 TDI QUATTRO PROJECT
Back to work...
After our recent road trip to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring, we knew we still had a few creases that needed ironing out, mainly to fix the inconsistent power figures that we had before the trip. These issues meant we had to limit the power to around 355bhp.
Even at this power the car performed better than we expected on and off the track over the course of 1115 miles. If you haven't already seen our vlog on the trip give it a watch:

BIG BRAKES AND ALIGNMENT - AUDI A5 3.0 TDI QUATTRO PROJECT
A track car isn't just about power... having the correct alignment settings and brakes can make just as much of a difference, if not more!
In this vlog we finish up the alignment after installing adjustable caster bushes and rear arms. The bigger and lighter front brakes will also help us fetch this heavy lump to a stop!
Genuine Porsche Macan brake ducts will also help cool the brakes when on track. We're trusting Porsche might know a thing or two about fast track cars.
We wrap up the video with

INSTALLING RACELOGIC VBOX - AUDI A5 3.0 TDI QUATTRO PROJECT
In this video we install a Racelogic VBOX Video to our Audi A5 in preparation for our road trip to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring!
As well as awesome video footage we can also analyse all the data we gather to improve the car further. We already put this into practice on our Ibiza Track Car, more information on this can be found on these blogs:

OIL COOLERS & RADIATOR - AUDI A5 3.0 TDI QUATTRO PROJECT
Cooling is essential, especially on track!
In Part 15 of this series we fit our in house developed engine and gearbox oil coolers as well as a custom larger radiator in preparation for the Nurburgring!
Knowing from past track experience that cooling is vital we did not want to take any chances with this engine. The 3.0 TDIs run a 95c Thermostat from the factory, so we set about modding a brand new one to open closer to 80c, and while the front end was stripped down it made sense that all of the

OUR NEW 4WD DYNO + CP3 HPFP + BIG INJECTORS + AN UNEXPECTED PROBLEM - AUDI A5 3.0 TDI QUATTRO PROJECT
This one blog is summarising 2 Video's of our Audi A5 3.0 TDI Project! Part 14 and 14.2.
Back in Part 8 we travelled over to John Sleath Race Cars to carry out a series of upgrades on our car whilst on the dyno, taking it from 228bhp - 340bhp in the same day.
Since then a lot has been happening, and not just with the car...
We have recently purchased our own 4WD Dyno Dynamics rolling road. This is something we have had planned for a while but when one came up at the right money we could not refu

Donington Park - 7th April 2019 - MSV Trackday Trophy
Following on from the Trackday Championship Blog, we were also competing in the MSV Trackday Trophy.
The qualifying session was in the morning a few hours after the TDC session. I went out first, did the 3 mandatory laps, punched in a decent time (putting us P2 behind the Class C Lotus Elise of J & B Tucker with a 1:21.503) and then pulled into the pits to get Ryan out, since he had not driven the car all day.
Ryan went out and did some very consistent times, but was unable to improve our positi
