We have designed this kit with a custom 3D printed swirl flap blank which discretely replaces the swirl flap actuator and creates a perfect seal once fitted.

As it is advised to replace the intake manifold gasket once removing or replacing the intake manifold we also supply one with the kit.

This kit allows you to remove the problematic swirl flaps that are known to degrade and eventually disintegrate. This then ends up being sucked into the engine, most of the time with dire consequences, check out our in depth Killer Swirl Flaps blog for more information.

2x Nitrile O-Rings
