EGR / ASV Delete Inlet Manifold Kit for VW Transporter T5 1.9 TDI BRR and BRS Engines

This kit completely removes EGR Valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and ASV (Anti Shudder Valve) on the Volkswagen Transporter BRR & BRS 1.9 TDI 8v Diesel Engines.

The BRS is a tricky one to remove the EGR as this is integrated into the inlet manifold. Because of this we offer a range of EGR Delete options for this model.

Our kit replaces the stock intake manifold and ASV with a OE used cleaned intake manifold and Darkside 57mm EGR Race Pipe.

This Kit will fit Vehicles with the following Engine Codes:

VW Transporter - BRR (84) BRS (102)

Please Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
